Beige Terms of Sale

Who we are. Beige is a trading name of Todd Jefferies, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ. You can reach a real person at hello@getbeige.co.uk.

What we sell. Digital tools that help small businesses handle routine, time-consuming admin, each delivered ready to use with built-in email reminders. You buy a tool once and keep your own copy. There is no subscription.

Ordering and payment. Purchases are made through our store on Payhip, which takes payment by card via Stripe, or via PayPal. Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on each product page. Your order is complete once payment is confirmed.

Delivery. Delivery is digital and immediate. After payment you receive access to your own copy of the tool, with setup instructions included. Some tools run inside a free third-party account, such as a Google account; where that applies, it is stated on the product page before you buy.

Your licence. The tool is for your own personal or business use. Please do not resell, share or redistribute the tool or its underlying files or scripts.

What the tool is, and is not. Our tools help you track dates and stay organised. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, and they do not guarantee compliance. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for meeting your own obligations and deadlines.

Our responsibility. We provide the tools with reasonable care and skill. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by missed deadlines, by errors in the information you enter, or by the tool being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for anything that cannot legally be excluded.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
