Our tools are digital products delivered immediately.

Your cancellation right. Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. Because our tools are digital content delivered straight away, at checkout you agree that you want immediate access and you understand that once you have opened the delivery and accessed your copy, this 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.

If something is wrong. We want you to be happy with what you bought. If the tool is faulty, not as described, or you genuinely cannot get it working, email hello@getbeige.co.uk within 30 days of purchase. We will help you get it working, and if we cannot, we will refund you.
